Do your pens fit standard cartridges?

Yes. Both AminoPen Pro and Go take standard 3ml glass cartridges — ours or any standard 3ml cartridge.

What needles do they use?

Universal pen needles (31G/32G, 4mm–12mm). Available here (most states) and at any pharmacy.

Why can’t you ship needles to my state?

Several states limit needle sales to licensed pharmacies or require a prescription. See our Needle Shipping Policy for the list. Everything else ships to all 50 states.

How fast do you ship?

Within 24 business hours, from the USA, in plain discreet packaging. Free shipping over $59.

How precise is the dial?

Each click is 0.01ml. The dose window shows your setting at all times.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Everything we sell is a precision dosing instrument or laboratory supply intended for research and laboratory use only.

What if my pen breaks?

Every pen is inspected before shipping. If a mechanism fault shows up, contact support@aminopen.com and we will make it right.
