Needle Shipping Policy
Some US states restrict the sale and shipment of hypodermic needles to consumers. Because of these regulations, pen needle products cannot be shipped to the following states:

| Illinois | Over-the-counter sale limited to licensed pharmacies (quantity-capped) |
| Delaware, Tennessee | Prescription required for all needle purchases |
| Pennsylvania | In-person pharmacist-supervised sale only |
| New Jersey | Sale limited to licensed pharmacies |
If your order contains pen needles and your shipping address is in one of these states, checkout will ask you to remove the needle items. All other products — pens, cartridges, reconstitution solution, prep pads, and cases — ship to all 50 states without restriction.
Pen needles are widely available at local pharmacies in all states. Universal needles in 31G/32G fit AminoPen products.
