Shipping

All orders ship from our US warehouse within 24 business hours. Standard shipping is free on orders over $59; orders under $59 ship at a flat calculated rate at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. We currently ship to US addresses only. All packages ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding visible.

Pen needle products are subject to state shipping restrictions — see our Needle Shipping Policy.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sterile products (cartridges, needles, solution, prep pads).

Defective items: if a pen arrives damaged or develops a mechanism fault, contact us — we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
