The whole cycle in three moves. Draw your prepared solution into the glass, dial the amount you need, press the plunger. Preparation guidance only — for research and laboratory use.
Chapter 1 · Load
Load the cartridge.
Draw your prepared solution into a clean 3 ml cartridge. Unscrew the pen body, seat the glass, and screw it back together until it clicks home. Twist on a 32G × 4 mm tip until snug.

Chapter 2 · Dial
Dial the number.
Prime first: press until a droplet forms at the tip, so the air clears and fluid transfers completely. Then turn the click-stop dial to the amount you need — every click is a stop. One 3 ml fill carries ~250 units.
Chapter 3 · Press
Press.
Press the plunger fully and hold a few seconds before withdrawing, so the full measure transfers. Recap the tip, store the pen cool and upright, and reuse the cartridge until it’s empty.
