The Go is the simplest way into the system. Load one 3 ml glass cartridge and it works exactly like the Pro: the same click-stop dial, settings up to 60 units, as many dispenses as the cartridge holds. When the cartridge runs out, you recycle the pen and pick up a new one. No maintenance, nothing to clean.

Is the Go single-use?
No. The Go is multi-dose: load one 3 ml cartridge and dial and dispense from it until it is empty, then replace the pen. It takes one cartridge total, not an indefinite string of them. If you want a body you keep and refill with a new cartridge each time, that is the AminoPen Pro. Both load the same standard 3 ml borosilicate glass and take the same universal 32G × 4 mm tips.
