Marketing opt-out

You can unsubscribe from marketing and launch-list emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by emailing support@aminopen.com. We may still send transactional messages related to your orders.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact support@aminopen.com; we will verify your request before fulfilling it.

Children’s privacy and 18+ requirement

The Site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@aminopen.com.

Research-use-only note

AminoPen products are sold for laboratory and research use only. They are not medical devices, and information collected through the Site is used to support sales and operation of research hardware — not to provide medical or clinical services.

International users and US processing

The Site is operated from the United States, and we focus on US shipping. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
